ConCom continues to grow welcoming more Clients into the Forum and subsequently more Contractor nominations. Future audits add value to the shared data resources of the scheme for all those taking part.

Co-operating Client representatives work with Impress to improve existing methods for monitoring systems-based competency of their Contractor partners, many of whom work as part of an extended Client workforce. The Forum scheme is of specific interest to SMEs if they are keen to grow into the term Contractors of the future in the Humber region of the UK.

Impress administers this scheme, which consists of a themed office-based audit on a Contractor's premises gathering competency systems data for the Client group. The findings contribute to action plans from which some Contractors are able to develop their potential to bid for or retain contracts with leading companies in the processing, energy and manufacturing businesses and the associated support services in the Humber region. Linking to the CATCH facility, Impress is able to deal with actions using targeted solutions for a range of identified skills shortfalls and systems development opportunities.
