"Catch up with Competency 2010" - A ConCom Project update

Our event was attended by over 100 delegates and information was well received by a balance of Clients and Contractors who came together for this annual feedback conference to Contractors. Client guests found the event enlightening and local Contractors that attended learned a lot about the scheme which has been running since the year 2000.

ECITB Open Evening for 2010 apprentice intake

Join the ECITB at CATCH from 5-30pm if you are interested in an apprenticeship with an Engineering Construction company in this area or nationwide. Meet local ECITB contacts and see the CATCH facility where the first year training will be delivered from September 2010. Our current training provider, the HETA will also be present to explain the range of skills to be learned and trainees will also be on hand to give you their impressions of the training year so far and to show you their work projects. An employers' exhibition will also be staged for potential sponsoring companies to answer questions about working in the industry. A chance to impress your future employer perhaps?
